1% chargeback hurts the small guy not the big guy. Don't believe the hype!
 

The big guys will do as they always do and open up their wallets and buy their way out of whatever the situation is. If you think they're going to get shut down you're out of mind. It's the small and mid size guys that will end up shut down if they can't get their shit under control because you won't be able to afford the extortion fees.

With all that being said if you do good honest biz you may not have to worry about this at all for a little while. But don't worry, they're cooking up other ways to get at your biz too.

I'm fairly sure it's 100 sales and 20 chargebacks in a month that will qualify you for a beating. They change their mind every few seconds though.

When putting in a $1 charge lowers your charge back ratio down by 1/2 % then of course you got nothing to worry about.
