Time Dotster Went $12 Dot Coms?

I mean awesome service from Dotster but isnt a price cut long overdue? Talk about milking it...

Tons offer dot coms under $10

Dotsters still doing $15

Even though dotster isnt the cheapest i still use them because I have never had a problem with their service. I dont register that many domains so its not a huge price issue for me, but I feel secure over there.

Same here..... I only use Dotster.

Except that I do register a lot of domains so I feel the pinch more and its about time they knocked at least $3 off the top.

I'm gonna give you a small trick and tip on how to buy domains at dotster for less.

If you have an account at dotster and open an account at namwinner.com ( owned by dotster ) you can use the Instant Registration and you get your domains for $8.95 for the first year or a savings of about 40%.

Have fun!

You could move over to enom - you can get names for around $8.50 and they have free forwarding and dns and all that.

I still use directnic at $15 a domain for the same reason people mentioned about about dotster. I've used them for years and they've never been anything but great. Just like with hosting, I'd rather pay a little more and know I'm never going to have a problem. Of coarse I'm not registering 100 domains a day.

Hmmm..... well o-fucking-kay.... thats sounds good.

Mind you, im thinking it would be equally good to buy from enom for $9 and then spend $8 to transfer to Dotster (who add a year for free). This way I get the domain for $15 and 2 years of reg.
