Offshore vs. Domestic Merchant? Any opinions
 

Hey.. just wondering opinions about banks, or if anyone can refer someone..

I have plenty of volume for offshore merchant account. I was going to set it up through Card Services, but they are taking forever.

Before, I was afraid of domestic merchants because of the typical 1% CB rule, but in lieu of Visa regs, that applies worldwide, so I don't really see what the benefit to an offshore bank would be. They charge more and require you to jump through more hoops..

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on this...
