Which countries produce the highest chargeback ratios?
 

Does anyone have info on this? It would be interesting to see a ranking of which countries are the most likely to chargeback.

Who's the best? Who's the worst?

The only chargebacks I had are from US CCs.I always think about that when some smart ass says - "fucking Russian cheaters".I never had a problem with russian customers.

I think it is actually easier to chargeback in some countries than others. I've heard different stories about the chargeback process in different countries.

Anyone got info on this? Kimmy? Corvett? netbilling?

I cannot post our block list here but I can tell you that most of the chargebacks come from third world countries.

Most chargebacks are from credit card fraud. They can come from anyplace. Some chargebacks are from people who lie and claim they did not make the purchase but most are from stolen card numbers. They can come from anyplace in the world.

The areas we have seen to largest % of fraud vs good sales from are

Israel, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, most Arad countries, Turkey, Indonesia, Philippines. Usually they use a stolen US card number.
