Anyone use any of these organizations. $200/week seems too good to be true, and I feel that if it seems like that, it usually is.

What do these guys do? Design galleries? Build/Submit galleries? Script?

I get worried that they will rip off my stuff/ideas. What places have the best rep? I also worry about the quality of work - it is hard to monitor some things.

I have so many ideas and so little time that outsourcing seems like a good idea.

got any URLS? 200 a week sounds high if they are in underdeveloped countries.... my senior programmer gets $600 a month salary, and he's american schooled, work experience in america, lives in SEAsia... the rest of the programmers get $400 a month... the designers get $350 a month...

absolutely, he only gets that much because he's used to american salaries and since he speaks english he's worth more to us, he managed 2 of our other programmers 1 of whom doesnt speak a lick of english... it's funny to see my partner or i yelling at him and he sits there just smiling at us lol
