it's a dolphin, it's just with the angle not allowing you to see the angle of the tail fin properly - it could be either horizontal or vertical it's hard to tell.. but the snout is to slim and has a definate nose, as well as the closeness of the pectoral fins to the head.. plus dolphins surf in waves far more than sharks.

my favorite shark picture was off of national geographic..it showed an ederly couple waving at the heli-cam while standing in the shallow waters of central florida....meanwhile they are surrounded by hundreds of sharks ...if they only knew :1orglaugh
