Ibill: ECBINVALID IP ADDRESS ?
 
We had a processing drop off with Ibill today and a few customers had complained they were getting the above error when trying to sign up.

I just tried it with my card and got the same error.

Called them and the guys on the desk don't know what is up, so I am posting it here.

Anyone else see a drop off with Ibill today?

our systems arent seeing any problems

any other info you can give us on the problem?

Ibill has the best conversion/retention of any processor we have so far dealt with. We have never not been paid, and I am sure that whatever happened is probably already fixed.
