Can people who surf with sigs turned off still have sigs for other people to see?

my sig is quasi visible..certain keywords trigger it..its a new feature in postbot 1.0

Mine is legal. You might want to take another look at yours, though.

Mine is fine.A colored table with 3 lines of text isn't breaking rules.Yours is expanding the table and has 4 urls and really 4 lines of text.

I could have sworn that tables designed to look like banners were illegal. I used a table to organize my text, but it still comes down to three lines of text. Also, text has to be "default size and color".

I think I am breaking the rules too !!

The text is supposed to be default size and color. Where is yellow the default color? Also, in other announcements, mods have told people not to use tables that effectively look like a big banner. Using a table for layout is one thing, but bright background colors, etc. seems a bit over the line.

I have my sig set up so that assholes will see a smiley shooting a gun.

Anyhow, we've strayed a lot from my question. Am I right in thinking that, as things are now, someone can view GFY without sigs, but still have a sig that is visible to other people? If so, is this fair? I figure, since I want people to see my sig, I should see theirs too.
