Verotel is down and when you ring them their phone is constantly engaged. Any input here ?

Just got this from them -

Dear customer,

We are experiencing network problems to our
server www.verotel.com and are working on a
solution for that.

This network problem DOES NOT or DID NOT
affect the transaction processing, but just
the reporting.

Can you load https://secure.verotel.com/ ? I can't - yesterday when I tried to hit 'join' on my join page my browser was sitting there for literally 20 minutes before it gave up.

So far i really liked verotel. But due to this problem i am losing about 3 signups daily (based on average previous months). Hope they solve whatevet the problem is pretty soon.

The systems should be coming back to normal now if not already back in some regions. However, I think there have been some DNS updates so it may just be a matter of time before the updated DNS reaches your network.
