Clinton sat by and did not a fucking thing in the wake of several terrorist attacks. Instead, he sent a little Cuban boy who somehow managed to escape Castro's tyranny and make it to the USA back to Cuba, and he murdered 80 American citizens at Waco, including many innocent children.

Bush has already toppled 2 Muslim regimes and is looking to go after Iran and Syria. Plus, he opened up Camp X-Ray -- a prison camp so miserable that the psychos are trying to commit suicide instead of having to spend one more day there.

I disagree with a lot of what Bush does, but I'm voting for him just for his foreign policy.

If anyone actually knew anything they would now that Clinton was one of the greatest presidents whoever served. The smartest thing he ever did was let Alan Greenspan do what ever he wanted with the Federal Banking system. And with Bush we are in a recession or depression? So Clinton didn't attack any terrorists, well there was any big terrorists attacks. He also helped control the situation in the Czech Republic. Clinton kicks Bush's ass anyday of the week.

I just want to clarify one fact for the thread starter.

The World Trade Center attack that killed 3000 Americans happened while Bush was president, not Clinton.

In case Rush convinced you otherwise, I just wanted to tell you the truth.

I'm just waiting to see his "management" of a $350billion deficit soon... but also interested in seeing him *actually* do some work instead of posing on tanks and aircraft carriers proclaiming some "victory" that will never happen and trying to run a "secretive" government.

I wouldn't really care if it was Bush, a democrat, or anyone, the man has been a disaster on every front, apparently seems to be behind distortions of fact that may as a ripple effect changed even UK politics, turned the sympathy of the world from 9/11 into an absolute pure hatred in most countries of his administration, turned a record surplus into a record deficit, cost 2.5 million jobs, created the worst situation for state governments since WW2...no facts?

No likeable candidate: Howard Dean, who has energized a sizeable segment of democrats who have for years felt their party was nothing but a diet version of the Republican party, who opposed the war in Iraq but supports limited cases of death penality and gun rights, and who has given many people with no political inclinations - myself included - inspiration.

Feasible plan: Simple. First off, it is beginning to seem as if for the first time since Nixon there may be serious information they're afraid might get out. They just admitted that information given in the State of the Union was "incorrect" which is pretty much unprecedented and would seem to indicate that there is more.

The 9/11 investigation is being hampered by the executive branch. Second, the plan is simple. A lot of people - not just democrats - are pissed off about the handling of the 2000 elections. Democrats especially are upset. The growing sentiment of "mad as hell and not going to take it anymore" is evident among Dean's supporters, many like myself who disagree with him on some things but feel the other candidates are too establishment. Nonetheless, don't worry, the moveon.org poll suggests even if Kucinich gets nominated he'll get rousing support.

Bush-bash: Most everything I have said here is facts. Bash? The man basically misled the entire world in the State of the Union address. How do you bash that?

When he did enter the race Bush seniors approval ratings were sky high.

In the entire Clinton administration there was not a single federal obscenity prosecution. Since Bush has taken office there have been several, with more to come.

Clinton balanced the budget (which many said could never be done) and left the white house with the best economy this country has ever enjoyed. This is fact.

Clinton was a Rhodes scholar, and has the highest IQ of any president. Bush has the lowest IQ. This is also a fact!

I'm not saying Gore would have done as good a job as Clinton, but he certainly couldn't have done worse then Bush.

There's more to life than pornography. While a politician's stand on pornography is important considering our industry, it certainly isn't the only factor I look at.

I also think a certain amount of censorship is good for the industry. Part of the allure of porn is its taboo nature. If you could get hardcore midget bdsm videos in every corner store people would quickly tire of it. Don't forget Al Capone made his fortune selling booze during prohibition.

On the CBS news tonite they had a report on an "insider" (guess the guy that blew the whistle on the Uranium from Africa is an outsider), a former state dept employee who says that Bush & Gang KNEW they had OLD unreliable evidence but decided to interpret it in a different way.

Meaning..they made it up!
