do you all think its too late to start an affiliate program and expect to make it to the top?

It's not too late for it to be possible, but it's not something you should expect. If you're going to make it, you have to have something special, and be hot shit at marketing.

no. just need good ideas and implement them properly. traffic doesnt hurt, either.

it's not too late...but it will be harder than you expect.:)

i expect it to be hard. i opened a small back in 2000 with a shitty partner.... been just fuckin around since, about to give it another shot by myself.
