Make X - SETUP your new best friend. This is by far, the BEST windows tweak application I have ever used ...
The nice thing about it is there are developers creating new additional plugins for it every day .... the UI is merely a plugin manager ... but a very effective one at that, using folder trees for navigation, it is dead simple to use ... and most of the plugins offer on screen descriptions and help !!
It comes preloaded with almost 100 tweaks, but go to their website and download whatever additional tweaks you would like to use !!
Don't bother with the wizard ... go straight to power user ... it is very self explanitory, provided you have a basic knowledge of your computer.
