Mpeg editor help please
 

I rarely work with video , so I am looking for a good free or cheap as hell program that I can stick a fancy intro or hell , even just a URL on the beginning and ends of some mpegs ,

Any suggestions ?

you could try ulead. i used it about a year and a half ago and it wasnt too bad a program to work with.
