Whats your Average Ratio using Exit pop-up Windows?
eg with a Free Trial per sign up sponsor ?
What Ratios would you expect to get? or what do you get?

It all depends on your incoming traffic. Exit consoles convert traffic no different than a regular page. If you run a pay site and all the traffic your getting is tgp then your exit consoles will have higher than average ratios. On the other hand if you're getting targetted search engine traffic to an FPA page with a targeted exit console then the ratio will be lower.

Just experiment till you're happy with the results.

I disagree. It is always lower then the page the traffic is sent to at first. I know paysites say they convert the popups but I have yet to see anyone make good numbers on them.
I will qualkify and say i have not seen tons of numbers but some sponsors pay on popups and you can see if your folks are jumping ship mor then buying the main page.
