Be Nice To New Jersey Week
lol.. just read this at http://www.boston.com/dailynews/187/...y_Featu:.shtml
MONDAY, JULY 7: BE NICE TO NEW JERSEY WEEK Profile America -- Monday, July 7th. There's one state that comedians seem to enjoy putting down more than any other -- so much so, that this has been proclaimed as ''Be Nice to New Jersey Week.'' It's a time to look beyond the jokes about the ''Joisey'' accent and the famous mosquitoes. President Grover Cleveland came from New Jersey, and long-time singing star Bruce Springsteen calls the state home. Two of the nation's oldest universities, Princeton and Rutgers, are located in New Jersey. The state ranks in the top 10 in the nation in the number of manufacturing sites and in payroll. The average worker in New Jersey brings home just under 44-thousand dollars a year. Of all the states, New Jersey has the highest population density about 1,144 people per square mile, compared to a national average of just over 80. You can find these and more facts about America from the U.S. Census Bureau on the Web at http://www.census.gov. |
Sorry but N.J. bites!

I was just in Atlantic City this weekend to check out the borgata hotel and soak up some ghetto.
Borgata is very much a venetain, only in the wrong area. It would kick ass on the Vegas strip. Why this place was built here on the east coast is insane. I'd say check it out if you are in the area. Other than that, there is NOTHING worth seeing in NJ |
I'm from NJ.
Say what you want about Jersey. I grew up in very small country town called Califon. Califon had a population of 500 people, no police department, a volunteer fire department, no street lights, no fast food, no nothing. The nearest movie theater was thirty miles away, and the nearest mall even further. I used to play in the woods across the street, and when I got older rode dirtbikes there. NJ is called the Garden State, and for good reason. |

you could say youre from califonia. |
I just moved back to NJ from LA. It's a great place -- personally, I don't mind that a lot of people hate it; while the population density is high, it is much lower than the metro area of, say, LA and all of the hate keeps the softie fucks that are afraid of their own shadow that LA attracts.

No kidding. |
Any state that has Cape May is okay by me.
