It's not too shabby, but it's still a small niche.

Sunny Dollars have a foot fetish site and some free content - don't know how well it converts, although they claim their foot fetish site is their second best converting site.

it is more like it is an umbrella for a series of smaller niches. Honestly, you need to do research into it to do well. Find your niche within it and you should do well.
