Choker's (i)frame spots
 

Anyone know the exact rules for this, and/or have a page with designing instructions?

Or is it just a regular gallery with a different target= ?

Just keep your image pages close to the same size in hight as the gallery pages. The scrolling when you click to the image pages can be strange if you don't do that. Great traffic from those spots by the way.

Put your image on a html page and use target="_top" when linking to the image page.
