I have been on ICQ with Deepsy for the last hour he says NightBucks has 12 Hours to Pay him $1500 or He Will DoS our Server for the next 90 days!

He says NightBucks is 3rd on the list after SilverCash & ARS
Then I think he is coming after the Content Providers!

Has he given you details on how to pay him? Surely it shouldn't be too difficult for the police/FBI/Interpol to track him down with that information.

Failing that, post his information here and see if we have any "resourceful" people reading this board

If you did not know there is a nick named, "Deepsy" that threatened to take down GFY and adult.com. To gain seriousness this nick did take the board down for 1 hour. It is believed this is an extortionist based out of Israel, and the GFY admin have done some good tracking and state they know who this person is.

This has gone on for 2 days now and has been the talk of the board.

Now today, PornCity BBS has been threatened by this nick, and I have a feeling many other large boards are in for some rough times ahead.

This person is also suspected of being the nick, "Vlad" as well.

DON'T piss this nick off whatever you do!

Some are saying Deepsy also took the webmaster board down AWI, and I believe they are still down.

Just don't fuckin pay him. Eventualy he will give up. If people pay him what stops him form doing this every month? Better to lose a month of revenue than have to pay out to him (and many many copycats to come if his blackmail is succesfull) every time they need beer and hooker money. I realize this is a hard thing to deal with and would not want to deal with it msyelf and the thought of all that lost revenue is brain cramping.. but this punk needs to be stood up against and shown his threats are useless.

I bet if you hire some real good security experts and work together with the fbi this guy should be traced.

I doubt that the info about him being in Israel is right.
If I was him and saw on the boards that they traced me I would stop the attacks.

JayJay I'm not sure *who* he was asking for that amount, but I've seen screenshots of supposed icq chats with him where he was threatening to do all kinds of things (signing up with fake credit cards to blowout the chargeback rate, reporting the site as kp, etc), and in that screenshot he wanted $950.
