I got one of these for my birthday (early, B-Day is tomorrow)
It kicks ass! It hasn't helped me pick up any chicks in the park yet like the commercial said it would, but it cooks a mean steak. :thumbsup

Anyone have any good grill recipies/secrets they're willing to share with this BBQ Newbie?

Bought a new one the other day myself...I hate propane though so I got a regular one with a smoker....

Here is my advice.....NEVER put full size peices of wood in a smoker. It gets them just a little too hot.

OUCH.

Good tip.
I wanted propane since I want to use it more often than just for BBQ's, and I don't want to have to clean up used charcoal every other day.

I still have to read the book that came with this thing, but I'm supposed to be able to use wood chips and stuff like that for smoking as well, so I can still get the charcoal flavor if I want.

I have a Broilmaster that I love to grill on. Beats the days in college with a little hibachi out on my apartment patio.
