Just back from last night's Ozzfest at Coors Ampitheatre-

I have to say it was unreal.

Manson rocked the house, Disturbed was awesome-

Korn took it up another notch but my hat is off to Ozzy.
Saw him backstage limping around before the show with his wife- and thought " oh you poor thing"

Until he got onstage and played two hours and was running around throwing buckets of water on, and mooning his fans.

He also brought Sharon onstage and proclaimed her cancer free- it was touching the crowd erupted and cheered for her.

Here is last night's set list- I highly recommend if yu are in the Portland/Washington area this week you go see this show- that IS if you want to rock!

Of all the shows I've seen, Manson puts on one of the best acts. Even if you don't like Manson, see him just once. You'll change your mind.

Was a great show. Disturbed and Korn can suck my dick, but Chevelle, Manson, Ozzy, and the second stage crew were phenomenal. And don't forget fucking Zach Wylde. Once again, he tore up those strings like a biznitch.

I am so disappointed that OZFEST is skipping Canada!

It was the OzFest and not just Ozzy? Cause he came here, but I thought they were skipping Canada. Shame on them if they did it there and not here. Just like the warped tour!! :ak47:

Ozzy, what can I say...

Ozzy is AWESOME! When I was 15 my fiancee was killed and his mother wrote to Ozzy to tell him what a huge fan my fiancee was. Ozzy sent her 4 tickets and 4 backstage passes and told her they were for her, my fiancee's brother and his girlfriend and for me. Well, his brother's girlfriend had a friend she wanted to take so she told his mother that my parents said I couldn't go (she never even called me to ask!) and she took her friend instead. I didn't find this out until I was talking to his mother a few weeks later. I was SO PISSED! :mad:

They met Ozzy and the whole band backstage and Ozzy invited them to dinner. They had dinner with him and the band and spent the whole evening at the hotel with them. If I EVER see that bitch again I'm going to rip every red hair out of her fat freckled head! AARGH! Strangely enough, right after the concert she broke up with my fiancee's brother, had her phone disconnected and moved out of town. :feels-hot

I go next week on the 9th in Marysville, CA.

Believe me, my parents hated the idea.

I am happy to say that I saw Ozzy while he was being led backstage to meet some women dying of Leukemia and cancer.

He posed with them for pics- and spent a lot of time back there before his show I was deeply moved by it.

Ozzy is really a nice guy.

I'm going tomorrow!!! w...backstage passes as well............

Ozzy is the man. One of the very few "celebrities" that I would go out of my way to meet.

went last year, and have to admit that watching the Osbournes on MTV the weeks preceeding it, I was wondering if he was going to make it or not, but never fail, he rocked.

He's truly one of the most lasting rock musicians around. Have been listening to his tunes since I was 13 and still do.

Have unfortunatly not seen him live though. Would love to see Ozzy sing and Zakk shredd for some hours.

We are going next Saturday up here in Seattle. Can't wait to see Ozzy.

A long time ago, Oz said that he would continue to rock if they had to get him out there in a wheelchair. I believe it.

I have seen him about 4 times now, but it shoulda been 5. Round 1980-81 on the Blizzard tour, he came through town in Grand Rapids Michigan. The smaller sized arena was a half an hour walk from where I lived. I was on the verge of becoming a fan, so I blew it off. I missed the one and only chance to see the King, Randy Rhodes. Yes, I have been kicking myself in the ass ever since.

Saw him few months back in Vegas, at the Joint. Flew all the way out from Miami to see that one. Band was great, Zack shredded, sound man shoulda been shot.

I'm going to check him out as soon as I can now. Before this thread I thought he would be done for!
