How do you add a second IP to a 98se machine?
Anyone know how to do this on a 98se computer?
If you are using iFCam and your router DOES have a STATIC IP Address, you will need to make a change to your Local PC's TCP/IP settings so you can see your own video in your web browser. You will need to add a SECOND Local IP Address to your PC that MATCHES the static IP address of your router. Note, you are adding an additional IP address; do NOT replace the address it already has. Your PC will not use this address for anything, but its presence will help the iFCam display the video properly for you. If you are unsure how to add additional IP addresses within your version of Windows, please contact your ISP's Technical Support for assistance. Hugs, Danielle |
