Here's a newsflash for you. HIRE A LAWYER TO DO THAT (the licence agreement, model releases, etc), that's what everyone else does. If you can't afford to hire a lawyer, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Get out of the business, now.

About lawyer: recommend someone to me. I know only a good lawyer can do that, but I am located in the area where we do not have lawyers who know US and EU laws.

u don't need a consultant. yes u do need a lawyer, go to one of these guys who specialize in adult Internet law.

i get the names mixed up, there's one named Wasserman and one named Walters, one of them is good. Another guy named JD Offenberg or something like that, go to YNOT, they have information like that.

or you could go to ynotmasters.com and get a lawyer from the lawyers that write the legal articles there.
