What do you guys do with your foreign traffic, I am getting more than I thought I would am I'm looking for a place to send it.

For japanese language traffic DTI serv is the best imo.. Wait for the rebills, it retains MUCH better than any english language program i've tried.

You've got some different options in terms of what to do with your foreign traffic: using a reputable dialer program is one way; the euro-debit system seems to work very well for some people; as well, there are european credit card processors in place for those that choose that route of payment.

My suggestion...give them the multiple options to choose from. It'll help monetize on as much of your foreign traffic as possible -- you work hard to get it so you might as well get as much as possible out of it :)

agree with dialer for most euro traffic.. I prefer moneytree's dialer.. Mtree but i'm sure others are good.. I tried profitplantation for about 6months, but they stopped performing for me for whatever reason..

Some people do quite well from German traffic to dialer, but i haven't really had much success..

banner.99bb.com is quite good for chinese, taiwan traffic and pays in euros.. and just recently started a revshare, but they've limited the max payout to only 35 euros for each signup, which makes it less attractive..

I'd consider swapping some of the other traffic hehe, I haven't had much success converting eastern european, south american, other asian. If someone can work out a way to do that, there's a gold mine I'm sure..

sacX - A friend of mine does really well with sending german traffic to a dialer. I'd suggest you give it another go :)
