AC PAY worst customer service I've ever seen
Not only did they lie to us, swearing that there would never be any problems with Visa new regulations because they are SOOoo big...
But now, they don't reply anymore to help their webmasters out of the shit wich THEY are responsible for. I have sent them 3 Emails, 2 phone calls: Still no answer ! Because of their stupid lies, I will loose around 30 000 $ I only want to ask them what do I need to do exactly to comply, as a canadian webmaster, to these rules. I want to register an offshore Cie, is it going to be enough ? Fuck, they are not even professionnal enough to reply to my messages ! The hell with Cormac Foster and AC PAY. |

eh? Honestly, I think AC will outlast most of the companies out there... (most, not all... I can name another 15 or so, that I feel the same about).
They made a poor job of foreseeing the future... like alot of other companies, especially their damned marketing (see AVN ads). But... Come Saturday, I'm gonna probably start working on my shit again, and make them primary, if they do what they say they're doing. Cheers |

same issue here....still waiting for them to tell me how to register my account with VISA..I do have a US corp already so I only have to pay the fee and fill out the registration form...ive been waiting for this form for several weeks now..

CHMOD--who are you and what email did you use to contact us? We're certainly busy, but we read everything that comes to [email protected]. Please send us an email there and we'll be certain to get back to you. Occasionally, Webmasters will send to [email protected] (the consumer support email) or some other address that takes a while for it to get to us.
As for American companies and registering them, instructiuons were mailed out this afternoon to all American clients, unless your email address bounced. If you should have gotten such an email and did not, please sned us an email (again, to [email protected]) and we'll make sure you get one. Thanks. |

use the search feature or pay an accountant in your area to figure it out for you... If you are going to lose 30,000, then paying an account 1k for a year shouldnt be a problem now should it? |
