Terry, BigS & Bobby over at Mach10 Hosting just saved my ass!

We moved to a new office, our T1 hasn't been moved and our in house Linux Development server choked (bad sector on hard drive.,. boot partition).
We had all of our client files on the machine and didn't have a backup of the last 2 weeks files.

Terry sat on the phone with me for aboutr an hour and walked me through several possible fixes. Once we discovered the bad sector he told me to Fedex the drive to him and he was able to set up a server and move all the files over for me.

Less than 24 hours after our conversation, our server is back online and on a better box!

I thought it would be refreshing.

Mach10 has recently moved to a new facility and have really vamped up their dedicated and colo services.

In addition to the servers I have had their for years, I am setting up an additional 5 servers to start offering virtual/shared hosting services to my clients and others.

I'm so happy with their service, that I chose to colo these servers at their facility rather than a local facility here in Tampa.

If you need a managed/colo/dedicated server.. mach10 is the place to go:-)

And how are they paying you off for this? Free Bandwidth?

But, hey, the point is what Sharky is saying is that CUSTOMER SERVICE is a rare commodity and Mach10 has it.

Anyone who is serious about hosting solutions has to consider Mach10.

I use mach10 also and have had my ass saved from them several times also. I have never had to wait for more than probably an 1/2 hour to have anything done by mach 10. The best part is they will talk to you within seconds if you send them an icq and they have always been available every time I have called them on the phone...
