a domain expired several months, but still can't reg
 

who tell me WHY?

Some registors keep the domain for a period of time. :) I know that tucows took like 3-4 months after a domain expired before netsol had it in their db as aval.

Which Registrar is holding the domain?
What does the Whois data say about the Domain?


If a domain name is in Dispute then this process take a long time.
