Does anyone know if AIM keeps a log on your hard drive?

And if it does, how do you read it?

AIM doesn't actually. But triallian does, that is why I only use that! I would recommend switching! You could have your ICQ, AIM, MSN, Yahoo all under one program!

so there is no way to pull up a log of an aim conversation?

Nah, its not like ICQ, they dont keep a chat convo log. If you want the convo you have to manually save it.

I (in the States) was talking to someone in Croatia the other day via ICQ. Nice 30 second lag between messages. And that was for the 50% that made it thru.

We switched to MSN and it ran as smooth as butter.
