ARS has hosted tgp gals - most of them are of the tgp2 variety

nazgul - tgp2 is a form of gallery limited to 5 softcore thumbs. Optionally the thumbs can be linked to html pic pages. They tend to have a much higher click thru than standard tgp galleries.

Karups.com has a large number of hosted Tgp2 galleries.

No not that I have seen. There are someday's they hardly get any traffic from me but my account is still good to go.
