Bon Bon the Voodoo Clown was the creator and former host of "The Black Magic Show For Kids" which first aired on American Television back in 1962. The show was quickly dropped after outraged citizens stormed NBC headquarters in NYC the night after the first show aired on Saturday morning TV. Bon Bon was subsequently dragged to the street by the throng for a "tar and feathering" (the first such incident since the practice was outlawed in the late 19th century). Since then Bon Bon has tried to revive his show a dozen or so times, only to meet similar resistence on part of the general public. Bon Bon now spends his time writing poetry, creating art and performing music with his goth band "NEEDLE PARK"
