I was going to say that APR has a chat room that usually has a few people in it, but you already knew that I think . . . didn't you?

SPP uses it as a help desk of sorts. Anyone that has AVS questions can come in there, and if no one from SPP is there, someone will usually no where to find us.

Works pretty well, and I am not usually a big fan of chat rooms.
