do all TGP's requeire recips AT THE TOP of the gallery page?
or is a recip at the bottom good too?

Just put the recips at the top to be sure, 99% of them won't accept a recip below the pics.

I'll take a recip at the bottom of a gallery, but your gallery will be at the bottom of the page.
