The first 2 batman movies were good because they took on that "gothic" darkness look for each scenes, but your right, the last 2 movies (3 and 4) sucked ass.

Batman is ment to be a dark mysterious person, not an snag.

This would be a Catwoman movie, not a Batman movie, I believe.

Nichole Kidman was not Catwoman. She was Dr. Chase Meridian in Batman Forever, circa 1997 I do believe. It would definitely be interesting to see Halle Berry in the role, although I believe only the original Michelle Pfeiffer could do it with the same pizzaz.
