ohh no comments man ... those "silly" rules were set by large community who understands a bit more then you , tha fo sure.
F1 is not about ovetaking , simply as it. it`s about fast speed control.

... stupid rules: disallow traction controll and we will see overtaking again.

There are some new rules coming in at the British GP. Fully automatic gearboxes get the ass as does launch controll. Traction control WAS on the list to go, but that is on hold atm.

it dosn't matter what rules are made Michael Schumacher will still win 80% of all the races :1orglaugh
