Vanilla of course... its not made with a ice cream machine... this is the old way... spin the crank take turns when your arm gets tired.... takes about 5 hours of spinning the crank but damn... nothing like home made

Get your woman to do it, it'll build up her wrist strength ;p

I used to do it in 30 - 40 minutes when I was a kid, every 4th of july.. i was the youngest so of course i always had to crank the fucking machine

if its taking you 5 hours, you arent using enough rock salt on your ice

layer of ice, then salt, then ice, then salt, etc

if you dont use enough salt, it will take forever
