Gas blast injures 16 in The Hague

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) -- A powerful explosion apparently caused by a gas leak ripped through a crowded shopping district in The Hague on Saturday, wounding 16 people, including a boy who was buried under rubble for nearly five hours.
