Dedicated server for TGP!
 

Would like to know how big a server a TGP should be running on.
We are thinking of using "TGP Devil UltraThumbs Edition"

The server will only be running the TGP and galleries to make more traffic.
How big should it be ?

Oh yeah, BTW: anyone who can tell me how to make a 100K TGP... LOL <--- Just kidding... ;)

I have tons of people using rackshack.net. The $99 server is perfect for what you are doing.

How are they.

What's there uptime and speed ??
Also, what about managed servers ??
Do they manage the servers, or is that extra ?

If you don't have experience managing your server, I suggest you leave it up to your hosting company by getting a managed server package. Our servers are managed and our tech support kills.

Uptime is great. They use to have a lot of problems but I haven't had any considerable downtime in about 6 months. I don't think they manage the servers for you, but there are lots of people who will admin a box when necessary for chump change (namely me).

You're good with linux and wanna make a bit of spare change? I need something small done. My hosting support hasn't replied to me, I'm getting tired of waiting. :)
