I got a cheque from them but I don't know what sponsor it is!
It would be nice of sponsors to identify in letter sent who they are and from what program(s) the commission came from!

Funny you should mention that, I just got a check from a new sponsor with the domain written on the header of the check. Im real hesitant to cash it in, not sure if my bank allows porn peddlers.

More sponsors should start printing PORN all over the check, hell even a PORN watermark, and see how many webmasters are too damned scared to cash the checks..

Im willing to bet most sponsor's banks dont know they sell porn. Was'nt there somthing about BOA and a "Big" sponsor, something about the Bank found out they were porn pedlers so they closed the sponsor accounts.

These checks are attached to another piece of paper. Why not have the name of that sponsor there!

You know someone had a site that identified sponsors to the company name.. I will see if I can dig it up somehwere.

Platinumbucks/freepassbucks puts their flyers in the letters with their checks. I dont use them anymore.

Why don't you just use an ATM machine to deposit your checks?
That way you don't have to see a bank teller and be embarassed about what it says on your check. I just deposit all checks through the ATM machine. Simple and easy.

Embarassed? LOL dude. Its not for the embarassment, some banks will close your accounts if you deal with porn. Not sure about the bank I deal with (Royal).
See, I do about 50% porn and 50% "non porn" it would really suck if they were to shut me down. Porn came about 2 years after I started my webdesign company, I never really took the time to verify with my bank if they allow porn income.

It happend to Silver Cash last month I believe. Never heard anything with Sic Cash though.

If the bank close your account for that, sue them.

WTF... porn is not illegal. So they better have a fucking good reason in court, otherwise they would have their asses kicked.

What's even worse is when I get my avn online magazine delivered to me. It gets delivered in a big plain white envelope, but on the address in big letters it has my porno domain name written on it followed by my personal name and address!!! WTF

If a bank were to close your account, it does not mean thay keep your money. All it means is that you gotta go through the pain in the ass of moving all your company accounts, monies, loans, credit cards to a new bank. Thats extremely time consuming, and I hope I naver have to go through it.

Any bank can close your account for no reason. They just have to give you 30 days notice.
