I'm using RedHat 7.3

I have it all compiled and installed now, but it won't display the pages, it wants to download them like a file.

were you using some custom super config that prevented you from just simply running rhnupdate? (red hats automated update service) cuz it has almost all the shit in it to begin with. too late now tho

Yes, I needed PHP 4.3.2 installed for a script that needed it. RedHat will only do it up to 4.1.2

afrocreep 06-28-2003 01:02 PM

whats funny unless thres some new feature between those versions, is it probably doesn't really need it but the script suggest no less than that version. oh well.

my php is 4.2.2 and i'm in redhat 7.2

Wilbo 06-28-2003 03:51 PM

The guy installing the script said that the new GD library in it was needed.

Dont forget the plethora of security holes in php 4.1.2 :thumbsup
