The Customer from Hell is Back
 
We've recently gotten another email from our "customer from hell". This guy has joined our sites about 30 times (usually cancelling during the trial). While that's a little weird, that's the not the problem. The problem is for every subscription he takes, he writes multiple, incomprehensible messages to our support department. We've never been quite sure what his problem is. You'd think if he was unsatisfied the first time, he wouldn't have joined 29 more times. Just reading his emails gives me a headache. We thought we were rid of him when we blocked his credit card, but he came back.

We got this lovely gem a couple of days ago.

I mean what the heck is "orgoglioso". Can anyone make sense of this?

he must be using babelfish to go from whatever backwoods eastern european dialect he speaks on a daily basis to english.

when I was trying to smooth up to some latin hotty, I would use bablefish to go from english to spanish. It was butchered spanish but she thought it funny and she had sex with me. True story.

It seems like he keeps getting his membership cancelled and that really bugs him. It's too bad he doesn't see that it's probably his own stupidity causing it, not the fact that you "not understood nothing of Marketing"

He is Italian. We tried sending him dual English/Babelfished-Italian messages for a while but he keeps writing in English. Maybe he finds our Italian as bad as we find his English. Unfortunately, nobody here speaks Italian.

Instead be complainer at night before morning, to check with patience left wing not signing up without cancel beforehand. On join.html before left side under right wing use not cancel but continue forward until blue moon come forth during low tide.

That should work.

he's saying 'why can't i go into private shows, is it an obligation to have a 1 month membership to view the private shows?'

basically he's just trying to take advantage of the free trial period and he's probably trying to visit a live feed upsell with chat and is getting confused that he has to spend more money so he keeps signing up again on the free trial to see if he can get into the private shows for free yet

he is saying you don't have enough content to satisfy him ... 'satisfactions' meaning content that brings satisfaction LOL

in the first email, he's telling you off for billing his cards multiple times when he can't find the content that he is signing up for ... threatening to take the course of legal action although its not his culture to do so blah blah ...

i'd suggest, refund all his money and block his ip address from even surfing your sites. what a pain in the ass!

Uglyant.com will translate e-mails for you if you want to send hi an e-mail in italian and read/translate any he sends you.
