under $7 i guess you can find only in bulk volumes 100+ domains

The cheapest I've seen is around $9.99. But, you have to remember, with cheap prices comes cheap service. I know many people who have been fucked over by the cheap registrars. I was just talking to an old friend the other day who had registered his sites with one of the cheaper companies... both of his most profitable domains had been transferred to someone else, for no reason at all.
