yeah i don't trust to hire anyone really unless im already friends with them. i don't know anyone around here who really knows this shit too well, tried to show a couple friends but that never worked out. im not big enough to hire anyone now but back in the day i thought about it, but didn't wanna share the cash and like you, i want things my way :winkwink:

I'm more worried they'll know what I know about search engines and then go on their own. Anyone who works for me must die on departure.

they dont do it the way you want it, they get FIRED...plain and simple. the economy is too bad out there for people to fuck up all the time.

I"ve lost more money on dishonest employees than any other thing. I use contractors now, they work harder, more competent, cost the same in the end. When I don't need them they go away.
