Cheating member caught out

He sends me this email

Ladies and Gentlemen:

This is to notify you that I had taken out a subscription to your pay site on April 26 of this year. I was planning to try it for a month, and when I attempted to access it after a month (to see if I was allowed to still go on), I was blocked off. This indicated to me that my membership had expired and I discontinued opening the page.

Yesterday I received the monthly balance from my credit card bank indicating that your collecting company, XXXX kept charging my account although I was refused access after the first month. I just called up XXXX which told me that they had no way of retroactively canceling the charge of May 25.

Therefore, I request that you reimburse the charges made for the May service which was never provided. Of course I do not wish to continue my membership after the problems and aggravation your site has caused me. Please do not try to drag this out into a long legalistic spiel.

I then pulled the logs and he had accessed the site 100 times right up to the 25th June so I sent him this email.

Dear Mr. xxxx,

Either you have xxxxxx mixed up with another pay site that you are a member of or you are dishonest.

Below is a secure log of all the times you accessed xxxx when you say you didn't. If however you insist that you did not have access and make any chargebacks I will forward this information to your bank with the url http://www.xxxxx.com as proof that you had access on the dates that you claim you didn't.

Further to that I will create a "Cheating Members" page on xxxx with your email, name and this report so that other webmasters and members can see how you attempted to cheat.

That's a report from a security solution called StrongBox.
StrongBox is the only cryptographically secure defense
system for pay sites or AVS sites.

It protects against password trading, brute force attacks, spoofing, etc.
Unlike old fashioned username/password systems, it also works
with videos even with the newer versions of Media Player.

playa I see Ray beat me to it. We use Strong Box on all our sites and when a members login info has been compromised by brute force attacks or any other means the system removes the members access and then sends you an email so you can contact them with a new username and password.
