Does anyone do their job correctly anymore?
 

Damn.... Have a CC that expires at the end of the month... Just tried to update my PayPal account with the new info and they tell me they cannot verify the address... WTF... They have had this address for the last 3 years...

So I call my bank to find out the problem... They still have my account listed with my 1st address when I moved to Arizona... 7 years ago.... Yet, I get all my statements to my new address...

Plus, they sent me a personal card and not a business card... I mean common... :mad:

I had a similar issue with Wells Fargo.

Okay I have my personal account out of Texas and it goes to my Texas mail.

I incorporate here in Vegas, set up all business info in Vegas, licenses, mail box etc.

I set up my account.

All my checks come to my box here in Vegas but when it comes time for my CC I get the password mail here in Vegas but they send the CC to my personal mail box in Texas.

So I'm sitting there for a week wondering what happened and then come to find out I'm going to have to have someone mail me my card from Texas or wait much longer to have a new one issued.

I think I do my job right. When ever I fuck up I make up for it by being super cute. :)

Frustrating isn't it... Now I have to wait for a new card... 14 business days... so they say, but we all know better..

At least I am good till the end of the month...

PayPal was actually pretty cool about it... told me I can still collect on sale... just cannot get paid till the new card comes.. (After the 30th anyway)...

I just love BankOne... NOT!!!!

I do not know why I stay with them... I guess I must like the abuse.
