I ordered a clutch kit for my motocycle over 3 weeks ago
from Hollywood Motorcycles in Hollywood CA. Finally they
get it in, so they tell me to drop my bike off Fri night, and
it will be done Sat before noon.
I call Sat, they tore the bike down, found out they ordered
the wrong clutch, and it will be Wed before they get the
right one.
I call wed. and say they have some of the parts, but not
all of them. I told the idiot I ordered a KIT, not oem parts,
and he said, well, uh sorry, but I cant get a kit that quick.
I hung up, called Barnett Clutches, just 7 miles from this
Yamaha dealer, and they tell me, we stock at least 10 of
that particular make. So I call back and tell them, told them
I was coming to get my money back for the clutch I paid for
and Ill go pick up the clutch kit myself, but the fucker says,
I cant give you money to go pick up a kit. I was so fucking livid
I decided to wait one more day. I call today, STILL NO FUCKING
PARTS.
1 FUCKING week to put a clutch in a motorcycle???
I told them to GFY and have my bike back together with
or without the new clutch today, or my attorney will be
contacting them.

Fucking Cocksuckers.

I just filed a complaint with the Yamaha Headquarters,
and BBB.

Yamaha HQ said they would see if they could motivate
the dealer.

We'll see.
