FTP yodas - where you at?
 

Got some mad shit going on here.

One of my ftp gallery accounts has stopped working, its like my pc refuses to admit that it's there anymore :(

Was working fine the other night, haven't altered settings in anyway, I just get "Cannot connect" every damn time.

The server is there, all the web pages are working fine, I can also log in from my laptop ok. But fuck working with 56k already.

It tracerts fine from my pc, all working.

I can't even get to the point where i log in, nothing.

What the hell is up?

I haven't got kazza installed, thoroughly check for spyware every day, run anti virus all the time, it's pretty much a fesh install - my pc is clean.

What gives? Any ideas please?

tried rebooting? i had similar problem rebooting helped me.

have you tried rebooting the server and your PC?

yup. settings have been untouched.

correct port, all set ok.

I know theyre ok becasue they work fine on the laptop.

all been rebooted. Server and my PC. Many times.

other people i know who are on the same server can log in fine.

I can log in fine with my laptop.

The servers there and works.

I just cant access it from this fookin pc :( :(

do you got any funky firewall software goin?

maybe try getting a different address for your desktop, or resetting it more or something. maybe reset your router, especially if it's like a netgear or something. maybe it's getting pissed and not letting the traffic through.
