Non-Disclousre Question?

Would that go against a non-disclousre agreement? Any advice would be good?

This guy wants to sue me for what I said! :1orglaugh Somebody must be following me around! :321GFY :1orglaugh He also thinks I took his email list that had somewhere around 50k of emails, when I bought a list that had 2 MILLION emails - BIG DIFFERENCE! :BangBang: And they said I signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement, NOPE WRONG ASSHOLE, I didn't. I signed California was a AT WILL EMPLOYMENT STATE, different from a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The reason why I didn't sign a Non-Disclosure, was because it was really a "Non-Disclosure/Non Competition Agreement" put into one! NON-COMPETITION isn't a valid legal document in the state of California, my attorney advised me not to sign it, unless he detailed how much I would get paid for the two years I could work as a programmer in the adult industry! They never got me a new contract to sign with just the Non-Disclosure.

So do you guys think there is really anything I should worry about? Once again for the person following me around, and you know who it is, :321GFY !
