It is pretty sad that when some piece of shit lying sack of crap scammer cheater comes on this board to say shit about a program, whom everybody knows for a fact is ran by good people and whom everybody knows for fact that they would most certainly not cheat anyone; that lots of "big posters" jump in and start saying shit as well.
If you cheat a program , then you should not be paid, that's it.
If you're a cheating mother fucker, then you should not get paid and you should certainly shut the fuck up.
We are far from being a major player with spotbrokers, but from what we've seen on different boards and in dealing with several adult internet companies, I can say that spotbrokers would be the last of the last that I would suspect of cheating.

Let's (for a moment) say that Gary is a well know webmaster. Gary never cheats...

Well, Gary ran accross this program called... let's say... www.makemeabunchofmoney.com

He likes the sites they use and the payout structure... so Gary signs up and sends them many many sales.

Well, one day Gary wakes up to check his email and gets a letter fom www.makemeabunchofmoney.com that says... "You cheated and will not be paid!"

The first thing Gary will want to know is... "How did I cheat?"

Now... having said that.... we must remember that great ideas in theory can be tremendous blunders in reality.

When SB came up with the idea of NOT telling a client how they cheated to protect themselves... it was a great idea in theory... BUT, once put to use... the idea became a blunder.

Imagine Adult.com telling you that you cheated and refused to tell you how or show you any proof... how would you feel? What would you do? Wouldn't you want to know how they think you are a cheater... or just take their word for it and kiss your money goodbye?

I would want to know. The courts would want to know too.

So, if the courts would want to know... then the program NOT telling the client how they are a cheater would put them on the illegal side... wouldn't it.

The law tends to side with the courts.

P.S. If Run were to pay a lawyer $100... then the lawyer would demand proof and this would all be solved... so Run, go pay a lawyer $100 to write up the legal request. Lack of communication only leads to flame wars.

If you are so foolish as to think that $100 bucks is enough for an attorney in something like this, then you have no real concept of attorneys and their fees. I don't mean that in a bad way, I'm just stating a simple fact.

If run wants to sue, he can sue. I have no problem with it and I have no problem going that route.

We have 1 lonely TGP using spotbrokers and making a measly $5 per month on it :1orglaugh (Don't cry for us though, we have many more profitable ventures, including homemade candles, :1orglaugh )So, you see, I'm posting this to be a brown noser just like others here who just love to keep their heads up someone else's ass!!!
