WTF is this ICQ message I keep getting? [rate limit ...]
 

For 3 days in a row now, my icq disconnects and i get the folloewiung message when trying to reconnect:
Rate limit exceeded. Please try to reconnect in a few minutes.
But I won't be able to logon for hours.

hmmmmm, maybe the Rate limit just exceeded ... have you tried to reconnect a few minutes later ?

It can often be just a crap server. Try a different ICQ server and it usually goes away.

I used to get that, I think re-installing did the trick

LOL, if my memory serves me right, you hold the world record in re-installing ICQ.
