Anybody have a # (tech) where somebody actually answers the phone?

one of the many reasons they will never be my primary

Nope I wasn't able to locate / get one from them.

Thus why I never finished bothering with the application process with them ;>

You can always try the phone number for their Technical contact from their whois information though:

They should be able to give you the phone number you need.

Unfortunately that number goes to a bank in St. Kitts
(but thank you!)

Then I wouldn't really trust using them (even if it's only as a backup...)

Their support line for sales and tech is right on their site. I've called it many times without any problem.

I've never had a problem with globill either. Always answered for me. Also... Have you tried their support e-mail? They have always responded within 1/2 hour fwhen I tried.

They hadn't responded to my support email (via their form) in over a week; hence the need to phone them.

I can't place my finger on exactly why, but I have never liked using them. As my backup choice, it is because they are the lesser of several evils.

send them a direct email.
support forums on any site are notoriously unreliable.

every email i've ever sent them was answered in less than an hour, no matter what time of day.

i've had people review and activate paysites in less than 20 mins at 4 am.
