If you market Voyeur content >

Make sure if you buy voyeur content is was staged and not the real deal.

A lot of states are enacting laws on voyeurism. NY's Governor just signed a new law and it also included a felony clause for sellers of voyeur content with hidden cams.

N.Y. Law Says 'Video Voyeurism' a Felony
Jun 23, 7:06 PM ET

NEW YORK - Gov. George Pataki on Monday signed a law making video voyeurism ? secretly photographing another person in a private place like a bathroom or bedroom ? a felony punishable by up to seven years in prison.

"Stephanie's Law" is named for Stephanie Fuller, 29, whose landlord pleaded guilty to a charge of trespassing after he spied on her for months by hiding a tiny video camera in a smoke detector above her bed. The landlord was given three years probation.

Until now, there was no specific law against such electronic, digital or mechanical image-taking. A law does prohibit secretly using listening devices on other people.

Stephanie's Law also punishes those who would sell images of people that were unlawfully obtained. It take effect in mid-August.

Well, I guess that answers the age-old question:

"Is stealing a peek petty larceny?"

Seriously though, I just wonder when they'll decide to go after Faux Voy material as well. And then candid beach shots, mardi gras flashing and spring break sites.

The stone only erodes at its edges.

Would that also include the non nude voyeur crap people film, whther indoor or outdoor?

At the same time they are giving the government more and more power to spy on you, they make laws against people doing the same.

Maybe they should reverse that. Take away the government spying on its own people and let Voyeurweb spy on anyone they want. The world might be a more fun place. :)

Ya know what's weird as fuck here in Boca, ever since all the terrorist stuff they've been putting up these video cams ( 4 per intersection facing each direction at nearly every way into and out of Boca. They certainly aren't there for traffic monitoring because they've even set them up on low traffic intersections and entrances as well. Really creeps you out to know someone is watching you now nearly everywhere you are in the city.
